The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of https://coyotebrown.ai constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Coyote Brown provides cyber threat intelligence for cybersecurity leaders, including the free weekly Coyote Brown Threat Intelligence Report, the free CISO Scouting Report, the paid Scouting Report, and the paid Continuous Monitoring subscription (together, the "Services"). Coyote Brown is powered by CYBER BUYER, a cybersecurity value-added reseller.

Electronic Communications

Visiting https://coyotebrown.ai or sending emails to CYBER BUYER or Coyote Brown constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Children Under Thirteen

CYBER BUYER does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use https://coyotebrown.ai only with permission of a parent or guardian. The Services are intended for cybersecurity professionals and organizations.

Authorization to Request Threat Intelligence

By requesting a Scouting Report or Continuous Monitoring, you represent and warrant that you are an employee or authorized representative of the organization you identify and that you have authority to request threat intelligence about that organization and its domains, employees, and assets. CYBER BUYER may verify your identity and authority before delivering any findings, may limit delivery to contacts using the organization's own email domain, and may decline or cancel any request in its sole discretion, including any request it believes is made for an unauthorized or harmful purpose.

You agree to use Services findings, including any exposed credentials, only to protect your own organization. You will not use them to access any account or system without authorization or for any unlawful purpose.

Paid Services, Fees, and Billing

The Scouting Report is a one-time report for a one-time fee. Continuous Monitoring is a subscription priced monthly and billed annually. Current prices are listed on the Site. The scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, renewal, and cancellation for any paid Service are set out in the order form, proposal, or invoice for that Service, which forms part of these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and an order form, the order form controls for that Service. Prices are subject to change, but a change will not affect a Service you have already purchased for its current term.

Nature of Threat Intelligence; No Guarantee

The Services are based on publicly available data and open-source intelligence (OSINT), which is incomplete by nature, changes constantly, and may contain information that is outdated, inaccurate, or attributed to the wrong organization. The Services identify exposure that is visible from outside your organization at a point in time. They are not a penetration test, vulnerability assessment of your internal systems, security audit, or certification, and do not guarantee that every exposure, threat, or compromise will be identified or that your organization will not suffer a security incident. Sample reports on the Site are illustrative only.

The Coyote Brown Threat Intelligence Report, the CISO Scouting Report, the intel feed on the Site, and all other content are provided for general informational purposes only and are not legal, regulatory, compliance, insurance, or financial advice. Content may be prepared with the assistance of AI tools. You are responsible for your security decisions and should validate findings before acting on them.

Recommendations and Commercial Relationships

CYBER BUYER is a cybersecurity value-added reseller. Recommendations in the Services may include products or services that CYBER BUYER resells or has referral relationships with, and CYBER BUYER may earn compensation if you purchase them. You are never required to purchase anything from CYBER BUYER to use the Services.

Use of Reports and Content

The Coyote Brown Threat Intelligence Report and CISO Scouting Report are provided for your personal and internal business use. You may share them within your own organization, but you may not republish, resell, or distribute them outside your organization without the express written consent of CYBER BUYER. Scouting Reports and Continuous Monitoring findings are confidential to your organization and are provided for your organization's internal security use.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of CYBER BUYER and CYBER BUYER is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. CYBER BUYER is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by CYBER BUYER of the site or any association with its operators.

CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. CYBER BUYER LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.

CYBER BUYER AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. CYBER BUYER LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CYBER BUYER LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY SECURITY INCIDENT OR BREACH, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF CYBER BUYER LLC OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in North Carolina in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and CYBER BUYER as a result of this agreement or use of the Site.
